For those individuals who are in need of support with reentry while living in the community.

Transition Bill Programming

New Freedom is an approved contract holder to provide services to individuals releasing from incarceration early under Senate Bill 1067. The program is designed to meet the needs of individuals re-entering the community with skills needed to be successful in their transition out of incarceration.

DUI Services

We provide a continuum of services to address past DUI convictions including screening, education classes, treatment tailored to target impaired driving, and revocation packet completion. These services are self-pay only.

Freedom Beyond Felonies

A highly specialized program designed specifically for individuals who have served 15+ years incarcerated, either in one term or over multiple terms. Focusing on development of personal identity, emotional regulation, and reconnection into the community, this program provides both group and individual counseling to assist with the unique needs related to re-entry for those who have a long history of incarceration.

Individual Counseling

One on one therapy provided by licensed therapists tailored to assist with navigation of a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns to include trauma, substance use, and general mental health conditions.

Group Counseling

Therapy that utilizes peer support and feedback to assist with a variety of concerns, some specialized to target relapse prevention, reduction of criminal behaviors and belief patterns, assistance with issues related to working in behavioral health, and other options.

Case Management/Peer Support

Connection with a trained staff member who can assist with resource gathering, communication skills, technology coaching, and providing individual support from a peer support perspective.
